Covid-19 Terms and Conditions of Hires:

We are offering basic hires throughout Covid-19 for a select few of our inflatables however our terms of hire have been extended due to safety for ourselves and yourselves which MUST be adhered to by yourself, the hiring customer. This includes:

• Inflatables will only be set up in private, back gardens with gated access.
• The inflatable is to be used by the household members solely. Under no circumstances must you invite other family members/neighbours etc round to play.
• We are only accepting hires where inflatables will be set up on grass.
• The inflatable cannot be moved whilst on hire, however this is already standard procedure.
• Access must be clear with the gate open prior to arrival.
• Customers must remain in the house whilst the inflatable is being set up/taken down.
• If an outdoor socket isn't available then your own extension lead will need to be plugged in and put outside for us to plug into prior to our arrival.
• Payments must be made directly to our bank account or cash must be left in an envelope outside in a safe place for us to collect when we arrive.
• You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to the hire as these won't be signed on a paper copy as we normally do, this is to reduce the risk of contact.
• The inflatable will be disinfected upon collection and then left in storage for a minimum of 5 days before being cleaned thoroughly ready for hire again.
• You must inform us if upon booking if anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Coronavirus or have had symptoms in the past 14 days.
• If any member of the household start to develop symptoms of the Coronavirus during the hire period then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must be informed of this immediately.

We are in no way promoting social gatherings or parties. The hire of inflatables is for the household only to keep the children entertained during these difficult times.

General Terms and Conditions of Hire

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncing Castle to ensure
that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

Each unit has an age limit. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
(Childrens castles are usually 12 years, Adult castles are 70 years)

No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge)

All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges and other sharp objects MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.

No party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle. Only Snazaroo facepaints can be used on any of our inflatables.

No smoking, barbeques or fires within 20 metres of the equipment.

Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed at any time. It may also cause damage to the inflatable.

Users must remove their shoes before using the inflatables and put them back on when getting off the inflatable if they wish to use the inflatable again.

A responsible adult over 18 years of age must supervise the equipment at all times.

Always ensure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Each inflatable has the amount of uses printed onto it on the safety tag.

Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time. Avoid more boisterous children using the inflatables at the same time as younger children.

Adults and children must not use any inflatable at the same time.

Please ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause harm to other children.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step under any circumstances as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to aid users in getting on or off the inflatable!

Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the bouncy castle at any time as indeed any child who is feeling unwell or ill.

Do not allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during inflation or deflation as this is highly DANGEROUS and could result in serious injury.

No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle at any time.

Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults or back flips and are clothed appropriately. (We recommend socks are used, but no shoes to be worn on the inflatable)

Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear of anything that may cause damage or injury to any persons or the inflatable.

The bouncy castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.

In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the bouncy castle is not used. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel once the rain has stopped.

It is the hirers responsibility to point out / mark any underground services where the inflatables are to be sited. Our anchor stakes are 380mm long and services should be deeper. However, on private property this isn't always the case. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to underground services that we aren't pre-warned about.

In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Then please call us immediately.

Any damage or loss to the inflatables will result in the hirer being charged for the repair/ replacement in full and any associated costs including loss of hire etc.

Please note: It is the hirers responsibility to check the space required for their chosen inflatable and ensure there is enough space provided, this includes the ceiling height to the lowest part in indoor venues. All sizes are written on each inflatable description. On delivery, your garden must be fully clear of all objects and must be fully clean of all animal droppings. We will not erect an inflatable on a dirty garden.

We cannot be held responsible if the inflatable does not fit, All required size are clearly shown on each description.
